1 = LEFT PUNCH (SQUARE).........f = front
2 = RIGHT PUNCH (TRIANGLE).......b = back
3 = LEFT KICK (X button) ..............d = down
4 = RIGHT KICK (CIRCLE).........u =up

f,b,d,u - mean: tap/press
F,B,D,U - mean: HOLD

FC = Full Crouch
WS = While Standing, get up from crouch
~ means press buttons VERY fast (but not both at once) 
BT = Back Turned 
SS = Side Step L left or R right
CH = Counter Hit
QCF means "Quarter Circle Forward" - "down", "down-front", "front"
Press fast and fluidly.
QCB means "Quarter Circle Backward" - "down", "down-back", " back"
